I am delighted to announce that The McCartney Years has signed with GV Productions in The Hague, opening an exciting new chapter for the show in the Netherlands.
Founded by George Visser in 1983 as Theaterwerk, GV Productions has grown into an established presence in Dutch theatre, representing a broad range of music, dance and cabaret productions.
Since the first performance in 2007, The McCartney Years has developed from an ambitious idea into an international concert experience, reaching more than half a million audience members across three continents. Bringing the production to Dutch theatres feels especially meaningful. It marks a return to the country where my own story began while introducing the show to audiences closer to home.
Together with GV Productions, we are now preparing a full Dutch theatre tour for the 2027–2028 season, bringing the music, sound and atmosphere of Paul McCartney’s greatest touring era to stages across the Netherlands.
A new journey begins, and I cannot wait to share it with you!
